Introduction

StreamZ is a turnkey, video streaming appliance, designed for high density streaming installations and effortless portability. StreamZ is for live video and archive streaming. It can simultaneously encode and stream in different formats, such as Windows Media (WMV) and Real(Helix) video, and can easily handle multiple resolutions at multiple bit rates in real-time. It can also encode and transcode video to MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, Flash, H.264, Real, DivX, VCD, DVD files.

StreamZ comes in three different casing:
  1. Lap top version: StreamZ 500P, StreamZ 1600P. These models use lap top's CPU (P3 1GHz minimum) for processing and streaming. Stream LE software and Deck control module included

StreamZ products are controlled by Stream native software that runs on Windows XP/2000 installations. Stream remote software can also be installed on any platform with a web browser environment that supports Java 1.2 or greater. Encoding profiles are stored in standard XML format and can be written to or read from any application that supports XML, extending the capabilities of the StreamZ, so that it can be controlled by custom web based applications.
